does your password contain a special character?

for example

!@#$%^&*()<>{}|[]\;':"?/,.`~

having a special character can cause you to get this issue

Hello foreverbog, I am sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced. Try to change the client to x32 or x64 by downloading a new client from here and deleting all the past ones (including from the trash bin).
