I think something is not right and i am pretty damn annoyed with this fact. How can i make it relearn spore? Obsession about mindless possession. Teaching it the move stun spore and then going back into the move relearner will allow you to teach it spore again. That issue happens when there is two moves that shares a word in their name, other example is Wish and Healing Wish, and to fix it you just need to learn 1 of the moves to unlock the other.
