Make a permanent repel cash item that you can have one of your pokemon hold and as long as they are the lead pokemon in your party and they have this item equipped you won't be attacked by any wild pokemon. If you want to fight pokemon again later you can just unequip the item. Easy. I'm sure a ton of people would buy this item so it would be a great way for you to make money too. Thanks for listening!

I only need repels in caves where the random battles are constant and unavoidable ever. The 200 that I have will last me approximately the rest of the year. I don't think it's as good a money sink as you're making it out to be. However, I would buy the cash item just because it's a less annoying solution than having to use a repel every time the last one ran out.
