Be polite and patient if you need support. While users with the symbols +, % and @ are the chat staff, they are not necessarily also game staff, but they can usually advise you. That said, forums are better for reporting issues and bugs.

Sorry for the inconvenience. This issue can sometimes happen when you open the Pokedex and don't click any Pokemon.

Try clicking on a different Pokemon and then seeing if that fixes the issue.

339123 I just can see 2 pokemons but the others no

 

Have you tried manually typing out each name in the search bar? That will probably fix your dex problem. If not, Have you tried turning it back on and off again?

OK, try redownloading the client, maybe it's that. If the problem consists then report it as a bug.
