I think trainers am gym leaders should be always available to have fights. I think with this changes the game would become a lot fun and less boring and offcourse would help the ingame econony.

I'm not sure if you're aware of this or not based on the fact you joined 8 days ago - but trainers reset every week. They get stronger every time you battle them.

 

Side note - if you think rebattling NPCs would make the game more fun, then I feel like you have experienced none of what this game has to offer. Farming pokemon, PVP, and bosses are all very rewarding and offer enough variety to keep people entertained for a while.

I was aware that the trainers reset every week but i did not knew they get stronger each time we battle them. what i think is good that they get stronger, what i dont see the point or like is that we have to wait a entire week to battle them again. that i think is very boring not fun.

 

And if u think is fun to spend hours farming ur pokemons by killing lv 30s wild pokemons i dont think thats its fun at all. Thats quite boring and Inefficient . Sure some probably the young have time and pacience for that but i think that most just want to have fun.

There are areas that have wild level 60 pokemon. As well as areas with wild level 50 pokemon. Raising pokemon to 100 only really gets long around the 90s. And bottom line, this game is an MMO, it is supposed to be grindy.

i dont know where we can find will lv 60 and 50s pokemons in kanto. And i dont think we should train pokemons by constantly killing wild pokemons. I think we should train pokemons by battling players and trainers.

- Normal trainers will rebattle a player every week, and the level of their Pokemon don't change.

- Gym leaders will never be available for rebattling. That said, some of the gym leaders are available as bosses who give some exclusive rewards and/or service.

 

If you believe battles are what the most fun for you over anything else, I'd advise going for PvP instead of PvE.

 

Otherwise, making Gym leaders available will not really help the in game economy. It will make it much easier for new players to reach end game faster... and most would get thus bored faster. MMOs are meant to have an element of grinding, so there's no way something like that will change.

 

So, tl;dr: the game will not change at the moment regarding trainer and gym leader rebattles.
