Hello MrBobio, unfortunatly you aren't unable to find the route where you found the pokemon, the only information you can take from capture pokemons are the region, as you can see in the picture below and the date of capture, to which you need to talk to an NPC in Mossdeep Space Center 1F and then pointed the pokemon you want to know the date of capture.

You can still see the place you can find the pokemons via Pokedex or from a spawn guide, like this.
