unfortunately we don't have an irontail tutor/tm right now in the game, just keep an eye on this TM list, this suggestion thread or thisupdate logs(you will find the information here first if they ever implement an irontail-tutor)!

Hello AlifBroB, as PreHax said, Irontails tutor nor the TM are coded into PRO as of now. I'd recommend to keep an eye on the Update Logs, this will notify you when Iron tail, and other things are implemented into PRO. Have a nice day!
