  • Timid Nature
  • Leftover
  • Flamethrower
  • Dark Pulse
  • Psyshock
  • Confuse Ray

Solar Beam would be nice, but that's in Johto right? It's totally worth sitting in trade chat for 10 minutes "wtb Solar Beam TM" until you get it. You could go Nasty Plot too. Lead with it, turn 1 do Nasty Plot, then just sweep stuff. I'm pretty sure my drought VULPIX at level 96/98 swept a huge chunk of the Kanto E4. Even the water poke couldn;t handle it due to sun.

 

Make sure to have some leppa berrys handy. You'll go through 10PPs of Flamethrower again and again.
