Hello, I would like to request a refund on my treeaxe, back to ingame currency if possible. (75c)

 

The reason being because I thought it was used for headbutting trees, not as a substitute for cut.

I'm sorry to hear about this inconvenience. But unfortunately Staff cannot refund your coins, as said here. In the future I would recommend asking what an item does if you are unsure. Help chat, the IRC, and the General Support subforum are all great places to ask questions!

However there is some good news, the Tree Axe is trade-able and you can sell it to other players :) You can try using the trade chat in game or making a post in the Trade Sub-forum to sell it.
