On a random occasion while I am playing my screen will freeze. The game is still running so I can play but I can't see what I am doing. This is particularly annoying during battles because I can't close the game without being sent back to the last pokecenter. The only thing worse is when it freezes right as I go into battle because at that point I don't even get the battle window to come up.

 

The only solution I have found is closing the game entirely.
