The moment I say im in Hoenn they just close the PM. Any other way for me to get a rock smash tm? As Prophet has said, you can buy Rock Smash in Mauville City House 2 for $5,000 pokedollars. Also as an alternative, you could also try purchasing a Rock Smash TM from trade chat or the trade subforums.
