Eevee icon doesn't disappear from the screen

I was searching for an Eevee in my box, when I first tried to put in in my team putting a crobat in my box i had a problem with my mouse and the result is shown in attached file.

After that i found that I had 2 eevees (1 in team and 1 in box) and that crobat disappeared.

Is there something i can do? At least to make that icon disappear from the overworld screen...

After a couple more of disconnecting and relogging procedure it fixed by itself...sorry for wasted time!

re logging doesn't help, you have to close the client completely :)
