I've been playing this game since july 2016 and i love to play this game but i'm at magohany town team rocket hideout.

Hey there, HeyImDaan!

I'm sorry to hear about this inconvenience. At the Mahogany Rocket Hideout you have to find two terminals and then fight the Rocket Admin after fighting the rocket admin you must fight some electrode to diffuse the bomb. There's also this pretty good

that can help you find the terminals and show you how to do the quest. That being said, I'll be locking the thread, and I wish you good luck defeating Team Rocket! :)
