Hello !

i knocket out every aqua ad magma grunts, also the electrodes. But one barrier seems to still block my way.

I had this quest bugged in the past and it has been reseted, but i still have a bug :/

If I remember correctly you have to do something with the crates and/or catch Plusle and Minun roaming the Power Plant to get rid of those barriers.
