When you're at pinkan island, all your pokeballs will be locked away until you finish the whole pinkan quest. This is to reward those who actually did the quest with the chance to catch pink pokes. If you haven't done the quest, you won't be able to do so. Do not contact staff members for private support. Share your questions on the forums as they could be useful to others.
