Hello juls339, I am deeply sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing at the moment, but indeed Blue server is down at the moment, we are waiting for a staff member capable of rebooting the server in order for him to do it.

My deepest apologies for the inconvenience the Blue community is feeling.
