I did the quest to enter on pinkan island.

I went there and complete the quest: beat those 3 rocket guys.

I beat the left and right rocket, helped the rhyhorn, beat butch and cassidy, and beat geovanni.

After that i gave a electabuzz and a scyther lvl 90 full on happyness to be able to enter the map again.

I have 325hours played, hoenn champ and all 6 pkmn lvl 100.

I still can't fight her.

I spent 220k gold searching at the island leaving re-entering without success.

 

Pls let me know if i miss something or if it's a bug help me.

i've read on a post that its 350h...so you need more playtime..

Interesting, the one I see says 250h.
