I was in Illusory Florest, when i found a Shiny Patrat, i used Sleep Powder on it, when i throw the pokeball, the battle crashed, and i dont have a chance to catch it. Please, help me.

Sadly no refunds or anything. Theres no way you can get it back unless you find another one

Unfortunately, we aren't able to help people with crash-related problems.

 

Almost everyone has some sort of horror story caused by a server crash, but losing out on shinies is always the worst. :(

 

I know this is discouraging, but we're working toward creating a more stable server so that these types of issues are minimized in the future.
