I finished the kanto dex for the Mew mission, but prof oak, said that I only have 146 kanto pokemons .. I already have the 71 evolved pokemons, I do not know what to do.

• - All Kanto Pokemon Caught ( legendary birds + mewtwo seen) + 71 Pokes Evolved in Pokedex

 

Can you post screenshots of your dex, so I can look over it, you might missed something.

 

I suggest that you check out this thread, you might missed something else in the whole quest. :)

I got the map friend. I did not need to talk to Professor Oak, I just needed to talk to the man in Celadon and he gave me the map. Now I just need to wait for lapras time.
