Hello NidaLuna, do you meet the requirements? - 351+ hours - All Kanto Pokemon Caught ( legendary birds + mewtwo seen) + 71 Pokes Evolved in Pokedex Can you post screenshots of your dex, so I can look over it, you might missed something. I did not need to talk to Professor Oak, I just needed to talk to the man in Celadon and he gave me the map. Now I just need to wait for lapras time.
