no it isnt... are you one of ppl that spreading rumor about ms increasing shiny/rare rates? newcomers keep asking that on help chat..

While i personally do not mind if you all go on the Support/General Chat ->WebChat <- and ask about the server status. Other staff members have requested you don't(here's a hint if you go in there and there is above 50 people in the user count and a lot of chatter something is probably going on with the server).
