But my Lickilicky can't learn Explosion by the move tutor.

explosion is coded,but just as you say, Lickilicky learn the move through TM not from tutor, that's why it can't learn it, if you are looking for TM Explosion, it's not in game yet.

I am sorry to hear about this inconvenience. Unfortunately as said above by NicoChan, the Pokemon Lickilicky can only learn the move explosion by TM, not Move tutor. So you would need to acquire an explosion TM in order to teach explosion to Lickilicky, but unfortunately as said on this TM/Move tutors guide there is not a TM for explosion in game yet. I recommend keeping an eye on this thread for information about any future updates/additions to the game. That being said, I will now lock the thread, and I hope you have a great day! :)
