I buy 200 coins is I have received that 100 I would like to receive them if necessary I can provide proof of purchase

I'm sorry to hear about this inconvenience. Have you tried re-logging to see if the coins appear in your account? Unfortunately sometimes there can be a bit of a delay for the coins to get to your account. Also in some cases, it can take up to 24 hours for the coins to appear in your account after your purchase. Sorry about any inconveniences this may cause.

 

If the coins do not appear on your account after 24 hours, could you please make a post in the Donation Issues sub-forum? Please include screenshots of the receipts and proof of purchase if you do need to make a post there. :)
