I don't believe there is a Trading NPC Inplemented, But you always ask players for help ^^

I am sorry to hear about this inconvenience. If you are looking to buy evolutionary stones, there is a npc in the Celadon dept store that sells them. If you need a trade evolution however, there is not a npc for that. I will be happy to assist you however if you need a trade evolution, just let me know what server you are playing on :)

Solved in game :) If you ever need a trade evolution in the future, feel free to ask a staff member or you can try asking trustworthy players in all or help chat for trade evolutions as well. That being said, I will now be locking the thread, and I hope you have a great day! :)
