hey, i have started the quest and talked to him twice and found the monkey with his hat but he dissapeared...is that a bug or?

You found his hat from mankey and talk to him,then he disappear? That is the normal flow of the quest,before he goe he will you a hat, did you get the ash hat from him? check your bag customization.

If he disappear before you give the hat to him,try to restart the game and see.

no, i got the quest ( route 9 ) and he dissapeared after that i found the monkey with his hat and it's in my bag "unknown hat"...but i can't find him now...

no i didn't...but when i started playing pro ( year ago), i didn't saw ash at viridian, he appeared like month ago...

ok, my apologies...i thought they opened the quest for everyone when i saw ash at viridian.. what should i do with the unknown hat? :Crazy:

Nothing at the moment. You can throw it away if you want.
