or are they set.. Like can I move 50 evs from hp and put them in speed on a lvl 100 pokemon and change the stats

yes you can reduce its ev and put to other stats

as stated above you can reduce your EV's even after you hit level100, this might help you a bit further.

as stated above you can reduce your EV's even after you hit level100, this might help you a bit further.

Yeah man thanks I know about evs I just didnt know if I could change them if the pokemon was 100. I didnt want to try because I thought it might mess up the pokemon.
