You mean Fennekin?

Fennekin was a pokemon that only spawned in the Halloween even of 2015, so only Red Server has it (because it's the oldest server and the other servers were created after the event ended) and right now it's not avaiable to obtain. It's possible but not certain that in the future you can find it as boss reward or as spawn in future areas (Like sinnoh)

So there is fenniken in red server

Keep an eye in the Announcements subforum as if new areas are implemented, they will be posted there, and when a new area comes, there is the possibility for a new spawn to aswell.
