Unfortunately there is not a Poison Jab tm in game. You can only obtain the move currently if your pokemon learns it through level up or obtain it via egg moves. For any future information on when certain TMs or Tutors may be added to the game you should keep an eye on the Update Logs thread. You can also check this Tm/Tutor guide for a list of all the current Tms and Tutors in game. That being said, I will now lock the thread.
