I tried to teach Rock Slide for both Tauros and Trevenant and that message appears. But they can actually learn the move. What can I do?

I have a similar problem with a Nuzleaf that cant learn Leaf Blade

Tauros, Trevenant don't learn Rock Slide from tutors and the same goes for Nuzleaf, it doesn't learn Leaf Blade from tutor.

Bull and tree learns rockslide from TM.. check out dept stores in goldenrod/celadon.. or gyms for them.
