After you hit the "Get coins" button in the coin shop, it should bring up a screen like this in your web browser: Instead of logging in, use the option below called pay with Credit or Debit Card. Then you just check out like you would normally when using your Debit Card. And that is the basics of using your Credit/Debit Card through paypal.
