even tho this is not the right topic to post it; try these

 

- Try Alt+Tab

- Try battling another player and get sent back to the last pokecenter you visited

- Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh button on the bottom toolbar

- Log out, and then back in

 

Tried all these but none of them worked. I'm still stuck. :/
