Though there isn't a tier list, here are a few of threads which show commonly used and impactful Pokemon and movesets :p

If you're looking for PVP pokes, that tier list is pretty accurate. However there is much more to PRO than just pvp. Bosses are also a huge part of it. Start by raising your favorite pokes, then when you go to battle bosses see what pokes you might need to try and beat them if you're struggling!

god tier to me: h.a dragonite can take any hit/E killer/DDance to sweep, h.a talonflame good for revenge killing 120bp+stab priority brave bird, sandrush excadrill 604 speed in sand/fastest thing in the game/good coverage/SD for sweep.
