shiny has a very low rate of encounter(dont know how those ppl are even getting such rare shinies in game) , but i have seen shinies with ivs like max 12. That too bad somthing with such a low chance of encounter is that bad, it will be really good if shiny's iv range is changed from 0-31 to 16-31 or something like that. i hope pro staff look into the suggestion , and i will like to know other player's suggestion too

Why... that's just stupid... it's not because it's rare that it has to be the best in the game, this way shiny's can get more and less rare. It's a no from me I'd rather have it from all IV's.

i suggested this so that shinies just become a little useful in game, they r so rare and getting a crappy shiny is really a pain, 16-31 is just a range i took for example, it can be 10-31, making them a little better than normal pokemons

They're still pokes why do they have to be better, having a low IV shiny doesn't make them useless I'm a collector myself I don't care the slightest about the IV's on my shiny's.

I think you'll find that eventually shinies will separate themselves from comps, the two groups don't intersect all that much. Honestly using a shiny in competitive play can put you at a disadvantage because of scouting - once you reveal your moveset/ev spread/etc on a shiny pokemon, people will always have that information. This doesn't take away from the value of shinies, though, since the demand for shinies is there regardless of IVs. I'm not saying high IV shinies won't be worth more, but I personally would never use one. Also, the encounter rate for shinies is extremely high(as in easy to get shinies) compared to most other similar MMOs, so be thankful for that
