Hi, i talked to the guy on Saffron Station, talked to yorkie on route 16 house, got the nocturnal feather, but i can't find his brother. Checked Route21 on that island, Kanto victory road on that little rectangle, checked also electro plant and digglet cave and also Pokemart at saffron city.
