Other than his awesome color scheme, he also has HP Fire which makes him viable in PvP and not get walled extremely hard by all the pesky steel types. I am no expert in shinies and stuff so a price-tag is hard to set, but i reckon it's something so unique that it probably has a different value for each of us. For that reason i will leave it open for your best offer and i'll sell it to the one i consider most appropriate.
