I guess in shop for coins? Or aswell could be very hard from specific bosses?

Shop coins, boss are good idea.

I was thinking about something like NPC 1 per month/2months + some pokemoney.

 

Its better to improve pokemoney flow because "not handle" people makes more mistakes and they want to use this NPC more.

They should pay another player for "lvl down".

 

Also will be reduce number of lvl down poke - for example someone wants to make lvl1 from lvl 100, its "******" so it will be very expensive.
