Hello avivi1234,

 

there is no ETA for Mega evolves but my guess is that they most likely won't come any time soon.

The best place for you to train your pokemon in Kanto is your current location/Seafoam or Victory Road; also if you don't evolve your pokemon the leveling goes faster because less exp is required. :P
