Im struggling to level up my Aerodactyl (25) with the highest pokemon lvl 65.

is there any guide to lvl up at each lvl rates and elementals?

What is its moveset? It would help to know which attacks it have, to know which pokemon it would be able to defeat easier :)

Teach him elemental fangs from move buffets (if you don't have them), and try leveling him in Digletts cave (if you are in Kanto).
