    Alright, so I completed the 8 Kanto Badges, and completed the Elite 4 which is good and all is fine. I'm walking on the route to start over in the Johto Region, and as I activated my Max repel on the route as soon as I felt it was necessary, everything was fine until I went into the Tohjo Falls - The small cave seperating the regions Kanto and Johto - Or the one with the two waterfalls beside each other - back to the point. I had a level 81 Kingdra first in my Party and a Max Repel activated, so I didnt have to stop up running from wild pokémon - but only in Tohjo Falls did it manage to NOT work. I met a level 31 Raticate with a level 81 Kingdra, so all I wanna ask is, to know whether you encountered that bug, or if it is just me?
