Hi, The accuracy of leech seed should be 90% but according to my experience and some friend: Leech Seed accuracy is 100%, never seen that move missed (Play rough and draco meteore 90% accuracy also and miss "every match"). That move is played on every team ( Tangrowth, Ferrothorn,...) just notice that.

known bug, the move was banned for few hours and well since then it's kinda a dead meme
