Hi everyone

its so disappointing for me to lose this shiny grimer after more than 6hr of hunting the only thing i did is clicking the items button trying to use pokeballs to catch him and booom !! the game crashed for no reason ... :/

i know there is no way to get back this shiny, but i just want to mention that that kind of crashs could drew people to gave up on game ... cuz it feels unfair :/, ty and here is the SS

Hello Chismya,

 

this a known bug when you don't click on the backpack in a long time and keep running away from wild pokemon; you can solve this by clicking on the backpack like every 5-10minutes; and for the pokemon, there is sadly nothing they can do solve this issue.
