english is not my mother language so i'll try to do my best xD

I wated to ask for help cause my brother had some trumbles in pvp with a guy called "Bafiano2" cause he play timed all time and i saw everything. The problem is that my brother can't access the PRO site cause it doesn't accept hes too long password, he may need help also for that.. hes name is Promrfinger xD. He's telling me that he tried to ask in all chat for report but he just got back kids sayin "report you for fake report" and bad words from people. Thanks for help

your brother has to report in here > Report Center and for the issue with the "too long password to connect" your brother should contact an admin/wait here for a staff response (but I never heard of such an issue since I have a pretty long password myself) .

Sorry for your inconvenience. As Prehax already mentioned, you brother need make a report in

Report Center he has problems with a player. Don't forget to provide all the necessary information to justify the report (images, video, etc).

 

If your brother can not make the report due to the password problem you can make a report in this section: General Complaint Area providing the corresponding evidence to help you.

 

In summary, first report on the password problem. Once solved the reports are made in the corresponding subforum.
