Good night,

While hunting a Chansey in Safari Entrance (Kanto), I lost all my pokéballs. 50-60 Ultraballs, 50-60 Great Balls and 120 - 130 Pokéballs.

I finally found a Chansey after an hour of hunting. While trying to access the "Pokeball" pocket, the game freezed for some secconds and then in my inventory there were only 2 Ultra Balls, 2 Great Balls and 3 Pokéballs.

I need help please, 50 Ultraballs are expensive :'(

.

Hello hexatones,

as for the game freezing and crashing, this happened because you run away countless times without refreshing your backpack; you can solve that problem by clicking every 5-10 minutes on the backpack icon in the side to let it refresh. :)

As for the pokeballs; I never heard of loosing items after "a crash" and then having a few left; sounds pretty odd to me but a staff has to check this out; so wait for one. :P

  • random number generation

An acronym for "random number generator" or "random number generation", it refers to the process by which computers generate apparently random numbers, essentially the computer equivalent of 'chance'.

Hey!!! First of all thanks for the help.

I already corrected this problem. Earlier I went to Pinkan Island, where my pokeballs were blocked, so the crash was a intruder in this bug xD, it never made my pokeballs dissapear.

^^ Sorry for the problem.

Actually its a real thing, I to sometimes when clicking on my bag can see like 2 pokeball / 2 ultraball when there's way more supposed to be there. I throw one pokeball, let say it fail, and then the next time I see all the pokeballs again. Even tho its a bug, I doubt it has any consequences as really losing a single ball due to that one bug.
