Ask about discipline appeals.

Hi, I wanted to know when you were banned and send a message on the Discipline Appeals part how long it takes to get an answer because I did nothing against the rules to be banned and I am a guild leader so I need to give an answer to the members. I just wanted to now about this.

 

And in the rules of Discipline Appeals says that can only speak once there, so I was in doubt if I should post there.

first of all this isn't the right place to talk about bans/appeals and such things; regarding your quesiton thought > it takes a bit of time for a staff to answer; make sure to bump (bring up my post) every 24hours. As there is nothing you can do besides waiting. :D

I now this isnt the place but i dont now where i should ask so i just wanted now how long it takes because i take the ban unfair. And there is people waiting too.

As I said it takes time for a staff member to reply; in the end those guys are just humans too with IRL's; I suggest to bump it every 24 hours and wait for a reply. :)

if you are complaining about an unreasonable ban, please open a topic in the "Discipline Appeals" section. In this section you are able to talk to the staff in full confidentiality. How long it takes to receive an answer i can't tell you :(. But it shouldn't be that much i guess

As mentioned by other users, you are allowed to bump your appeal once every 24 hours by writing a new message on your appeal thread. The appropriate staff member will respond to your thread when one is available. Thanks for your patience.
