I can't enter in red server with my email account,but with that email i can enter in this forum.

i spent more or less 23 hours of my life in this game, and now i lost everything.

the game said that my account does not existe anymore.

Did you check the Dashboard where your progress is on?

yes i did, but the dashboard say the same thing " invalid username and password " i tried to recover my password but it said "The requested Username and Email does not exist" sorry for the english

.

 

Are you sure you are requesting the account to the correct email and are you sure you using the correct account details to log in?

DId you confirm your email address at first?

yes i did all of this things,maybe the cause of this problem was the server blackout that happened recently?

I am not into those technical issues that much so I assume you have to wait for an admin to check it out sadly, as I can't help you further, sadly. x.x
