Just bought a medallion, then crashed and no membership

I am sorry to hear about this inconvenience that you have experienced. Have you tried checking in the misc items section of your bag for the membership medallion, or seeing if the coins are still on your account? Also can you please provide a proof of purchase that you donated before the server went down?

The medallion, if the transaction did go through, should be in your bag in the Items slot. If you bought the 15d MS, its called "Small MS Medallion", 30d is "MS Medallion" and 60d is "Large (maybe its big? idk never bought it) MS Medallion. If you don't see those items in your bag, check the store and see if you have coins still there. If you STILL don't have either of those, then you'll need an admins help.

 

For what it's worth, on Twitter within the last 24 hours they said they were having issues with donations, so it may also be that.
