Hi!

I've been trying to get my pokemon to learn hypervoice from the move tutor in route 28;

But she keeps on telling me that I am not "qualified" to do so yet

Anyone know how to be "qualified"?

Thats my Problem too Suhu.. do no why im not qualified to learn nor to get that tur move Hyper Voice move in route 28 :Crazy:
