Hakunon Posted May 8, 2017 Share Posted May 8, 2017 So just minutes ago I was traveling with a team to do the new guardian boss at route 25. I reconnected while the npc was talking to me so I could avoid them, once I logged in my team as misteriously swapped to my Sync team and the Life Orb I equipped to my Gengar was missing. I checked my entire PC (even the itemless pokes) and my team 3 times, and the inventory about 2 times, and I just had my second Life Orb (it's the only one I have now) which I had to use for my Gengar... Is there a way you could return the missing Life Orb to me? This is huge loss to me as I bought when it released in the server and I now I can't use some team composition because I'm short of one orb... Alolamao Posted May 11, 2017 Share Posted May 11, 2017 -Snip- When you relog in when the trainer talks to you (Let's call this Trainer Hopping) When you trainer hop and relog it acts as if you "crashed" which shows as if you "Rolled back" skipping the battle due to a trainer hop. Funny thing is that my friends are always doing this but never had this problem. Well, actually i'm not even surprised, things like this are happening to me all the time I've got used to it, unfortunately it's a loss for me and it don't help that I'm losing willingness to play the game because of them npcs... Prehax Posted May 11, 2017 Share Posted May 11, 2017 Hello [mention]Hakunon[/mention], I am not entirely sure what happened there but it is certainly a bug and what Alolamao said is to my knowledge not correct, if that is the case I would have lost 2434342 itmes/pokemon. A rollback only happens when the Server crashes and you legit get teleported back a few steps/to another town if you used the teleporter and such. Hakunon Posted May 11, 2017 Author Share Posted May 11, 2017 Maybe it was a rare bug that happened to me, as I already had the 2 Life Orbs since they were release like I already mentioned before. I really didn't know why this happened, I just relogged while the npc spoke to me and the team I was going to use agaisn't the Entei Guardian got swapped entirely to my sync team. I supposed I was going to lose more items but I was "lucky" I keep most of them equipped already except scarce items like the orbs/scarfs...
