Unlike Mew, Celebi and Jirachi he is not recoverable with Nikola Yet.

 

Admins said it should be available in the upcoming monthes

You just have to be patient until they code recovery

(I don't know how long it'll take, maybe admins have answers, maybe it's "soon")
