You can try to recover your account in your Dashboard.

Also check if the server is online at the moment you want to log into the account.

Also if you dont mind me asking, how long have you been away from the game. I'm not sure if this is accurate and if it is the precised time, but after a certain amount of afk from the PRO game in general i believe inactive accounts are wiped. Do not quote me on this as I may be wrong.

The wiped accounts were from 2015, the account in question Evlmonkey is searchable and still there, accounts don't get wiped or locked for inactivity apart from that first group, so there shouldn't be any reason you cannot access it or regain access via following Shary's instructions

If there's a different reason we would need more details what's going wrong to be able to help further

Nope, if you wish to start again you can play in a different server or a new account, but they don't get wiped or reset
